Blackburn Ice Arena is much more than just an ice rink - our additional facilities will ensure your visit is a great day out.
Arena Café
Warm up after your skating session on the ice with a tasty snack or drink in our café. (Please note: Customers are not permitted to bring their own food into the Arena).
Bar and catering facilities
For an event with a difference, from birthday parties to special occasions and corporate events we can provide bar and catering facilities.
Skate Shop
Our Skate Shop has everything for the ice and figure skating and ice hockey. Bespoke equipmant packages can be created for you with advice by one of our professional coaching team.

Disabled Skating
Blackburn Ice Arena offers skating opportunities for disabled people and their families. By prior arrangement only and the compulsory completion of the indemnity form - available to download here - it may be possible to try out the ultimate experience of ‘Ice Skating’ subject to your age or disability, or any other condition or circumstance or Health & Safety issue in relation to our public liability insurance requirements.
Disabled people can access the ice either on ice skates; or in their own wheelchair. Coaches will be on hand with you throughout this time and will provide expert advice and assistance. For this service there will be an additional fee of £10 for a maximum of 15 minutes, payable in cash to one of our self employed coaches
The Arena is an accessible venue with disabled access and disabled parking bays. There is also a café adjacent to the rink where you can warm up with a variety of hot drinks and snacks.
